How it works

Only one of you needs Sidira.

The other person doesn't install anything. They hear a short notice, then you just talk.

  1. Get your number

Pick a local US number. Give it to customers, suppliers and anyone you'd like to remember.

  2. Everyone is told

A notice plays at the start of every call, so everyone on it knows it's recorded.

  3. Talk, jot if you like

Type a few words during the call if you want. Tap Off the record and Sidira stops listening.

  4. Notes, then answers

Sidira writes notes around your jots and deletes the audio. Ask about any call, any time.

This call is recorded by Sidira for Dan. What callers hear. It can't be turned off.

Notes

Your words in ink. Every other line has a source.

Sidira builds the notes around what you typed during the call. Nothing in them is made up from nowhere.

  • Your jots stay yours. They're kept word for word and set apart from what Sidira wrote.
  • Every line links back. Tap a timestamp to read the moment it came from.
  • Numbers checked twice. Dates, amounts and doses are where one wrong digit costs you.

Sidira works for you, and nobody else.

Your conversations are yours. These rules are in our terms and in every contract with the companies we use to run Sidira.

Never used for training

Your calls don't train our models or anyone else's.

Never used outside your account

No one at Sidira reads them, and they aren't sold or shared.

Audio deleted everywhere

After transcription the recording is deleted from our servers and from every vendor's.

Everyone is told

The notice plays on every call, in every state. Group guests agree before they join.

Off the record

One tap pauses recording at the source. Nothing from that stretch is kept.

No voiceprints

Sidira knows who spoke from the call itself. It doesn't store anyone's voice.
